Is there a return policy? [UPDATED}

We use a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the order shipping details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size and/or color.

However, we do offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. If the product is not returned, depending on the circumstances, there’s a possible partial refund that can be issued, which does not include shipping cost and taxes. Please make sure to email rakiyahinspace.help@gmail.com.

    Customers are responsible for all import fees that may be required depending on location. We advise customers to often check their tracking information. Failure to pay import fees at the shipping carrier’s request can results to your package being sent back to us, and shipping fees will have to be paid again by the customer.

When will my order ship after purchase?

After you place your order, there’s a processing time of 3-5 business days for all orders. After processing, all orders will be shipped within the time frame of your selected shipping rate at purchase. Customers will be notified about their order(s) status by email, until successful delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All conversions must be to US Dollar.

Where is my order confirmation?

After each purchase, an order confirmation and receipt is sent to you via email. As long as you submitted your email, in the email section at checkout, you will receive notifications for order confirmations, tracking updates, etc.

I don’t see my previous order history

In order to always view and have access to your order history, you must make an account with you email before placing orders. Then you can log in every time and view your order history and other information. If you did not, or do not create a login account, you’ll have to refer to your email for previous order receipts.

I never received my package

Not getting what you ordered is a bummer, we know! So we have some solutions depending on the circumstance.

If your package was mailed back to sender (RAKIYAH), we can either send the package again to you, or issue a full refund (we must receive your package within 28 days after initial shipment).

If your package was lost due to the shipping carrier, with appropriate verification, we can issue a full refund.

I put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?

It’s okay, mistakes happen. As soon as you realize there’s a mistake with your shipping address, please contact rakiyahinspace.help@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll correct that for you if we haven’t shipped it yet! If it has already been shipped, the package will be sent back to us, and we can send it to you again with the correct address!

I don’t see my country as a shipping location

We try our best to get our products to everyone! If your payment method is supported within the site, but you don’t see your country listed in the international shipping locations, please contact rakiyahinspace.help@gmail.com and we will try our best to add your country to our shipping destinations.

Can I sell Rakiyah in space products I’ve purchased?

RAKIYAH merch and products are for personal purchase only, and cannot be resold or redistributed. RAKIYAH does not grant permission for anyone or any entity to use her image or likeness for commercial use.

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site or the Marketplace Offerings, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
